Summer Predictions

Summer is getting closer, and we are starting to get a lot more information as to how it will my out, in terms of movies of course. Trailers have been released for some films promising to be blockbusters, and although I have my doubts, summer of 2011 may turn out to be better than the infamous summer of 2010.

In June, we get X-Men First Class, and although our X-Men track record hasn't been doing so well, this movie seems promising. With a look at the trailer, it's has become quite evident that the story is really being taken back, which can be a good way to go if you think about it.

Green Lantern, another superhero movie, looks somewhat promising. Nothing really wows me about the trailer, but who knows, maybe it'll work.

Pixar doesn't usually do sequels, but Cars 2 is on the itinerary, which kind of disappoints me considering how Cars was the worst Pixar movie (although not that bad). I was hoping to get a new movie rather than a sequel, but oh well.

That's all for now, and as we get closer to the summer, I'll keep you updated.

Until next time. . .
